Pitches :

The basic rate includes the pitch for a tent, caravan or camper van and a vehicle, the number of people (according to the period - see price lists) and access to toilet facilities and the reception infrastructure.

Holiday rentals :

We prefer that you phone to obtain information on availability from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Monday to Friday, any day of the week from 27th March . Holiday rental includes the number of persons indicated, parking for one car and access to infrastructures and services. Our accommodations are fully equipped. A detailed inventory may be sent to you on request. The client is responsible for the cleaning of the accommodation at the end of the holiday period.
The basic fixed charge including the maximum number of persons varies according to the type of accommodation (see prices).

How to book :

1/ Online booking by secured payment (with credit card - click here - ssl secured payment by Secure Holidays).
2/ Or fill in the booking form (click here), print it and send it to us with the deposit (deposit = 25% of total cost + 30€ (or 10€) booking fess).
As soon as we receive your booking, we treat your demand.

Should we not be able to satisfy your requirements, we will return your deposit. Accommodation space numbers are allocated purely provisionally and may be modified in accordance with management requirements. Any option without deposit following within 10 days will be cancelled.

Payment of the stay :

Bank transfers (see reservation form for our details), credit cards (no American Express), cash. We accept Camping cheques from from 27/03/10 to 27/06/10 and from 01/09/10 to 03/10/10 (only for pitches).
Pitch : the balance must be paid upon arrival
Rented accommodation : the balance must be paid 1 month before the first day of rental. A lack of payment of the balance within this delay will result in the cancellation of your booking.

Arrival and departure times :

Pitch : arrival at 12 a.m. and departure at 10 a.m.
Rented accommodation : Days of arrival: Choice of Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday from 26 June to 28 August 2010. Arrival time 4 p.m. - departure time 10 a.m. Exceeding these hours, an extra night will be invoiced. In case of a late arrival or early departure, the reserved period will be invoiced. If you do not come, and after 24 hours without further notice from you in writing, we will repossess the disposal of your pitch or rented accommodation without reimbursing the
deposit or booking fees.

House rules :

All clients must abide by the Centre’s House Rules (FEN charter), particularly as to agreement to and respect of nudism by all members of the family (adults and children). Entry to the centre is conditional on presentation of a nudist licence. We reserve the right to refuse or exclude any person whose behaviour does not comply with nudist criteria or the Centre's House Rules.

Animals :

Animals are accepted in exchange of an additional price. They must have been declared at the reception at the time of admittance. You must present the vaccination record of your domestic animal. The anti-rabies vaccination and a tattoo are compulsory. The animals are not allowed to disturb the tranquillity and the security of the residents and must respect the elementary hygienic rules and the integrity of the installations. They must be kept on leash and are not allowed at the beaches, the river or swimming-pools.

Guarantee :

A guarantee is required for keys and access card. For rented accommodation : a guarantee of 150€will be requested upon your arrival. This guarantee will be returned at the end of your stay or sent to you after your departure, after deduction of eventual expenses for repairs and/or the value of missing or deteriorated equipment. A basic rate of 55€ will be retained if the rented accommodation has not been cleaned before your departure.

Cancellation :

All reservations with an outstanding balance will be cancelled in accordance with the general renting conditions. In all cases of cancellation, the following will be retained or owing : -reservation fees, an amount equal to 25% of the total cost of the stay if you cancel more than 16 days before the reserved date of arrival, -the total amount of your stay if you cancel less than 16 days before the reserved date of arrival or if you do not show up that date. For cancellations for which the administration of the centre is responsible, except for force majeure, the client will obtain the reimbursement of all the incited costs.
Your contract offers a cancellation guarantee which allows you to obtain the reimbursement of expenses incurred due to cancellation of your stay or early departure, depending on certain exceptional conditions (illness, accident...) and confirmation in writing and the necessary proof in support of the condition are required, subject to the respect of contractual obligations.
In all cases the naturist cards and the reservation fees are not reimbursable.

Cooling-off period :

In accordance with article L.121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code, none of the services and provisions proposed on this Site are subject to the cooling-off period stipulated in articles L. 121-20 and following of the French Consumer Code. Consequently, the accommodation and leisure services ordered on the Site are exclusively subject to the cancellation conditions attached.

Insurance :

It is the responsibility of the client to take out an insurance policy; the centre will not be liable for theft, fire or natural catastrophes nor in the event of incidents concerning the client's civil liability. The client may not hold the Domain liable for damage due to falling branches, storms, natural catastrophes, breaking and entering or glass breakage.

Jurisdiction :

Photos and texts are not contractual.
In case of a lawsuit, the Tribunal d'Instance or the Grande Instance of Ales will be competent.

Bachelors :

Bachelors are only allowed upon presentation of a valuable naturist member card.
